Deluge, gone from server?

Seem the link for download gone from server. I want to download for ubuntu version but it's said /download not exist. Where to download the latest version?

make sure you have javascript enabled. you have two choices as to where to download from, http://www.deluge-torrent.org/downloads.php or http://download.deluge-torrent.org

I can't download Deluge too
When I choose any distribution to download I get the page:

Error in download_count on line 262.
./ubuntu/gutsy/0.5.7.95/deluge-torrent_0.5.7.95-1_i386.gutsy.deb is already defined.

I get this page even if I open http://download.deluge-torrent.org/
JavaScript is enabled. I tried Opera and Konqueror. What is my mistake? How can I download new version of program?
