Feature Request: Starting Deluge in Safe Mode

It would be like the one in Mozilla Firefox or Joost where you can simply select the Safe Mode and disable plugins or reset the preference.

So no need to keep on reinstalling it when there is an error.

you could just backup your settings, then delete the originals and run deluge. same effect.
