allow tab reordering, show first tab by default

Hi,

When you go to the plugin list and activate several tabs (e.g. the files tab, the peers tab, the graph tab) you can drag them left and right to reorder them, but the details tab always remains at the top left.

It would be great if you could reorder it just like any other tab, and -while we're at it- make any tab the user has placed in the top left appear shown by default. For example, if I'm more interested in the files tab than in the details tab I can just drag the files tab to the top left, and the next time I start deluge the files tab will still be on the top left, and shown by default.

A way to hide the detail panel and show only the torrent list would be welcome too -I reckon it existed in previous Deluge versions- but that's another story.

in the View menu, unselect Details and Toolbar.

yes, it did work. your screenshot shows that it's gone. now you just resize the frame all the way down to the status bar
