If everyone tried to do this, torrenting would not be possible.
I assume you are trying to basically cheat the system, and get credit for seeding without actually seeding.
If so, shame on you. If not, just delete the torrent from your client or pause it.

not trying to cheat anything, just didnt know much about deluge. your comment motivated me to read the user guide, where i learned that reciprocity is a mandatory thing, which again, i didnt know.
so im trying to set this up now, and have done all the calculations of max ul and dl speeds, but how do i calculate Maximum Half-Open Connections?

Typically this is entirely dependent on your latency and internet connection. It's not something you can just "calculate" - for normal high speed internet I'd say start at around 50-75, and work your way up until you encounter latency/connection issues....then back off until you find your number.
Typically anything above 150 is too high...but as I said this can always vary.
