Deluged - deluge-web not seeding

Hello,

I've just did a fresh install on my proxmox cluster using the ubuntu image on a LXC container.
I got the deamon and the web working aswell.

I can download the torrent but the problem is that I can't seed torrents.
No matter what I do, I tried to allow UPNP as mentioned in other topics.
The torrents I use of course have plenty of seeders & leechers.

Description of my network:
- ISP router with DMZ to my personal router
(I tried to activate UPNP here too)
- on my home router I have a forward port to the incoming ip:port of deluge, I haven't set a specific ip.
- my home router works with openWrt and I've used the "luci-app-upnp" service for upnp.
- The port is open after checking with: https://portchecker.io/

If the port shows as open it means deluge is accessible, I'm not sure based on your post or your images what makes you believe that you are not seeding the torrents.

Just because you are not uploading it does not mean you are not seeding them.
