Downloading with Window 10 and 11

I have used Deluge for some years with no problems.
Since the beginning with Windows 10 running nicely.
Early this year, I started using Windows 11. Deluge 2.1.1 was installed and until now it run well.
About 1 week ago some torrents started download immediately, showing enough seeders, peers/lechers, but this lasted a few seconds. Download stopped, peers/lechers disappeared, but seeders remained visible.
This lasted for hours with no change.
I double-checked all settings, every detail was OK.

Then I decided to try the downloads with Windows 10. Everything went smoothly, high speed, seeders and peers/lechers visible.
When returning to Windows 11 torrents were there as before awaiting download. After running functions Move Download Folder and Force-Recheck torrents moved to Seeding.

It should be noted that Windows 10/11 are on same PC, dual boot installion, using same HD and folders.

I will appreciate comments about this issue.
