Windows 10 2016 LTSB, latest Deluge.
Message "There is no disk in the drive..." when starting.
Yes, there is no disk in drive F: but i do not understand why Deluge is talking about that
and why i need to press button "Continue" 40 times to skip dialog box.

I never knew this happens on non-win7 systems. Annoying. Thanks for making aware.
Please read ambipro's helpful post with instructions to use, and if needed my post 3-4 posts before(quoted) for how do the "ejecting" if needed, and hopefully helps.
I loosely pinpointed the code doing this, but doesn't help me as pretty noob with such i.e inspecting stack or something, triggering it, been a few years, and seems a bug in Python/windows, not deluge.
