Added order changes after server reboot

I've always set Deluge to sort by the date/time added.
But with the 2.* builds, this order hasn't been reliable...
I have as seedbox running Deluged and the thinclient on W10/11
The date added sort order remains correct until the server is rebooted, and then order changes to sort by day only, but the time of day it was added isn't respected...
Today i rebooting the server and now the order is a bit more shuffled. Some of my unseeded 0% torrents are on the top, then under them there's the day sorted order.

Did the 'Added' column previously include the time? Can't remember! But now it only shows the date. The lack of time might cause the wrong sort order?
One little thing that might affect it? Is that i have my date format on windows 11 set to the International format, i.e. 2022-02-08... Which Deluge respects and shows...

1.3.15 and before just used to maintain the order in which they were added. Can this behaviour be restored?

Tho '2.0.5' wasn't on the pull down at the bottom of the ticket add page. I guess you can tidy that up?
