Deluge 1.3.14 File Priorities Bug

Do you peeps also have this problem when unchecking the box on adding a torrent? Seems to ignore my choice and download all anyway.

Same here, 1.3.15 on synology and I cant change file priority

Also on 1.3.15 on Synology (DelugeVPN docker container from binhex) and experiencing these issues with Priority.
libtorrent version: 1.1.12.0

In the deluged.log I find this message regularly:
[WARNING ] 00:38:42 torrent:330 File priorities were not set for this torrent
