WebUI or Daemon files functions

Hi.
I'm using Deluge daemon installed on Ubuntu 14.04, and accessing it trough WebUI or Daemon on Windows 10.
Functions on files are not working like "Do not Download" or "Priorities".
On Windows, they aren't accessible (can't click) and on WebUI, i can click but actions are not taken.
Is it normal ?
