Paused torrent, restarted machine and now it won't download?

I had to restart my machine to boot to Debian for something, and before I restarted I paused the torrent. When I get back on Windows 7 the torrent gives me a error saying no incoming connections, while I know there are seeders for this torrent. I tried force rechecking with no luck.
