I'm having issues with connections in Deluge. I can only get about 10-20, so my U/L is VERY VERY slow if non-existent. D/Ls are OK, but fail a lot. Only happens when I'm connected to my VPN.
Running Deluge as a service on Windows 10 ENT
Windows Box is behind a Netgear R7000 running DDWRT
Deluge settings:
Incoming ports: 6100-6200
Outgoing ports: 6200-6300
These ports have been configured (UDP &TCP) in the Windows Firewall as well as in DDWRT. I can disable windows firewall and it doesn't help.
I've also opened ports TCP and UDP on the port config page of Torguard: UDP&TCP: 6100, and 6200
Network extras enabled:
Peer exchange
DHT
Encryption:
inbound: enabled
oubound: enabled
Level: either
Encrytp entire stream: enabled
VPN: TorGuard
client: OpenVPN
Client Config:
dev tun
proto udp
remote 67.215.236.xxx 443
resolv-retry infinite
auth-user-pass auth.txt
nobind
persist-key
persist-tun
remote-cert-tls server
comp-lzo
verb 1
reneg-sec 0
fast-io
# Uncomment these directives if you have speed issues
sndbuf 393216
rcvbuf 393216
push "sndbuf 393216"
push "rcvbuf 393216"
what am I doing wrong?

Re: VERY few connections when connected to VPN
If you are using a VPN or Socks5 proxy, you don't need to have any ports open or forwarded.
I use Torguard Socks5 W/Authentication proxy, and on Deluge I have the red icon that says No incoming Connections! This is normal and to be expected.
You might want to try the Socks5 proxy instead of the VPN. Just be sure it is actually working before you run any type of questionable torrent. I always have the Torguard CheckMyTorrentIP torrent running so I can see the proxy IP address the trackers see.

Yeah, I'm just using the VPN, no Socks5 proxy. So, should I use random ports then?
I'll look into the socks5 VPN. Most of my torrents download fine, it just seems to be uploading which is killing my ratio.
