Hi,

I'm running Deluge ver.1.3.11. I've had no problems with Deluge since I've started using it, but I just moved to another part of the state, I don't know if this could be a factor causing Deluge to not download (0 kbp/s download and upload).

I'm also seeing 'No Incoming Connections!', and when I tried TAP, it shows me an exclamation point inside an orange triangle, what does this mean?

Anyone? I've made no changes to the settings, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

Could be your ISP or router?

It could be, how do I check though? I'm with comcast.
