[suggestion] upgrade/tranform connection manager

Hi all,

in case you have several seedbox/machine to administer with deluge installed on each on, an another form of the actual connection manager could be very usefull to give "summary" informations about each machine.
Thoses informations are the one you can see on the left site of Deluge's main window.

this could look like a table with those informations :

connection name | ip address | total torrents | active torrents | downloading torrents | seeding torrents | paused torrents | error torrents | current bandwidth up | current bandwidth down |

exemple for connection name : "seedbox 1", "pc in my leaving room"

A configurable refresh timer could be nice too.

By the way, thanks to the developer's team for creating such a good client. I recently moved from utorrent to deluge 1.3.5 and I was quite impressed. 1.3.6 bring a lot a bug fixes and stability too.
Deluge is not yet as famous as utorrent but it have features that I can not live withou : remote connect / moving files without the need of stopping/move/force check/relaunch each torrent !
