Save info about trasferred data

Post by rzelnik »

The data about transferred data (download ratio etc.) is lost during forced quit of Deluge (for example system restart). It would be great to store this info periodically to prevent transferred data loss.

I agree. Most of the time I have no clue how much I've been seeding a torrent. rTorrent (and most other clients as well i guess) manages this, but don't ask me how. Is this a coming feature or should one file a request? Great software except this.

I would also find it really useful, I usually never close Deluge, only unexpectedly, and then all ratios return to 0.000 and I got no idea how much I uploaded...

svn is the absolute latest code. it's always changing and a work in progress, so it's sometimes not as stable, but it's generally ok to use. if you decide to run svn, you *must* completely remove your current version of deluge. installing one on top of the other will break things badly. you've been warned :)
here's a how-to if you're interested:

Damn, it's about time, I had a number of problems with Deluge not saving that data.

Thanks, waiting for the stable version :)
