Local watch folder

Is there a way to have Deluge monitor a local watch folder, and download to the seedbox?

Currently have a mIRC script downloading torrents to my local hard drive. I want Deluge to monitor the local watch folder, and then begin downloading the torrent to the box.

Have you tried AutoAdd? Works just fine for me.
