Forum Upgrade: Spam Prevention & RSS Feeds Enabled

As many regular forum users may have noticed spam posts have been a common annoyance and since the new year spambots have been pretty busy. We have upgraded the forum and changed some settings and this should reduce to zero any further spam posting by these bots.
As part of the clean up I have removed any registered account with 0 posts, I apologise if this has affected anyone, you should have posted a friendly greeting anyway, but the volume of spam registered accounts was in the thousands and had to be removed.
A further benefit to the upgrades is that RSS Feeds are now enabled for the forums.
