Anyone got any idea why the global upload speed limit is being ignored in version 1.3.1?
As you can see in this picture
the limit is set to 30Kb yet when the screenshot was taken it was uploading at 78Kb which maxs out my upload speed.

Re: Upload Speed Limit Not Working
could you create a ticket and provide logs?
Re: Upload Speed Limit Not Working
To be honest I wouldn't know how to create a ticket nor where the logs are.
And as there are so many other things wrong with this I have decided to ditch it and get uTorrent working on Wine.
I have used the programme exclusively for 6+ months and there are now so many annoyances that I can no longer be bothered with it, things like after a restart of the programme it being unable to remember which folder to move completed torrents to if it's not the same as the label default, to the fact that no matter how many times I resize the viewing panes to the way I want them it always goes back to the default settings.
And the list goes on and on, the worst part is that a number of the problems have only been introduced since I upgraded from the version available in Ubuntu 10.04 to the version that came with 10.10
