cross platform&partition downloading

Hi,
I use Linux (Ubuntu) and as many Linux users, I have a dual boot setup because some programs (games, photoshop, office and viruses) don't work that well using wine. Wine is nice, but a native app is (mostly) better and as a former µtorrent user, I came to know Deluge.
My problem now is that when I download something while on windows, I cannot resume that download while on Linux.
Would it be possible to configure Deluge in a way that it might continue downloading whatever was downloading on the windows partition?
(naturally, I 'd be using Deluge on both partitions)
(I did something similar for Thunderbird and Sunbird by setting the path to the profile (in profile.ini) to the profile on my windows partition)
