Can't start deluge 1.21 on winxp

Installed deluge, GTK too. No problems there.

But I cant start the client ?

Tried reinstalling the GTK and deluge but to no effect. Help?

I would begin by uninstalling from the Deluge un-installer.

Make sure from the Windows control panel that Deluge and GTK are both uninstalled.

Then go to the Hard drive and remove all files and folders, including program files and application data.

Then, re-install, making sure to let the Deluge process install the GTK.

I've had issues installing on XP SP3, and this solved it.

Let us know how oyu do.

Tried every step that you described.. No luck as the same error appears.

GTK is upp and running and working as I'm also using pidgin, which means deluge can't cope with it..
