Deluge 1.2.1 - Windows VISTA

Post by trektorrents »

Got this installed (had to run the .exe as Administrator, or the .dll files wouldn't install.)

Everything's running fine except the WebUI. It's not running, and from the plugins area of Preferences, even if you click "WebUI" to run at start, it doesn't. The box has the check mark, but once you click Apply or OK the check mark goes away.

Running the WebUI from the start menu doesn't work, either.

Any ideas?

Just to add, I checked that it wasn't just me. Uninstalled, installed 1.2, which worked perfectly, including the WEBUI.

It's definitely something in the 1.2.1-dev, which is the current Windows version.

The filters don't seem to be working in the WEBUI.

"All" shows everything, and can be organised by column clicks (speed, size.)

But clicking "Active" or "Seeding" refreshes the window to show nothing.

Firefox 3.5.8
Chrome

Filters seem to be working fine for me in the WebUI on the second windows release of 1.2.1

Would help to know what browser and O/S versions you're using.

Have removed config files from AppData, and rerun WebUI, but filters still don't work. Nor do any of the info tabs. Currently only the Preferences dialogues and the main window.

Accessed from a laptop running both Linux and XP SP3 and no finctionality there, either. So, definitely something on the VISTA machine where it's installed.

Uninstalled, removed all folders, reinstalled and reran... same outcome.

Yes, yes it would. WHS 32 bit, Firefox 3.6. I also tested the webUI on a Vista 32 bit machine, and the filters worked fine when connecting to my WHS daemon.

Looks like it may have to do with the install machine.

What's the basis for WHS? Is that a Win'95 or XP base? (Sorry, have no clue...)

Going to install on this XP laptop, see if that has an effect.
