Deluge installation failed at ubuntu 8.10 LTS

I use ubuntu 8.10 LTS , and I try to install deluge, so add PPA (for intrepid) to my apt repository, and try to sudo apt-get install deluge, but it failed.
i check error message and it failed by dependency problem.
deluge -> deluge-gtk -> deluge-common -> geoip-database
intrepid repository did not provide geoip-database package. It provide by karmic and lucid only.
For Security reason and other problems, I can't use karmic repository. How I can install deluge at ubuntu 8.10 LTS?
