Deluge

first I would like to thank you for such an awesome Bittorrent Client! I have been using it since a long time and you have made great improvements since the first versions and put a lot of work into this program. Good job!
I am writing a diary application with PyGTK (http://rednotebook.sf.net/) and I would like to port it to Windows and make an installer for it. You guys have made an awesome installer and deluge looks very smooth on windows with the clearlooks theme.
Could you please tell me how you did that? What packages did you have to install to make the application run on windows, how did you apply the clearlooks theme and how did you write the installer and exe?
I think supplying this information would also benefit the PyGTK community, because at least I find it quite hard to port a PyGTK/Glade application to windows.
