Deluge constantly crashing

Hi, I recently downloaded deluge and think its a great program.
Unfortunately recently after about five minutes of running, I get an error message that python.exc has stopped responding and windows will close it, which obviously stops deluge working as well. If i try re-running deluge i just get a blank window.
I'm running vista 32 bit, and would really appreciate some help.

are you using the latest version of deluge?

Yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling deluge, but the problem still remains.
And now, after less than two seconds of opening deluge I get the error message
