Noob to Deluge

Hi Roomies,

First thank you for the nice and wonderful software and keep up the GREAT work.

I'm new to Linux,Ubuntu and Deluge, I just try to upgrade to 1.05 and some how it did now function or it is not on the package manager. Please can you show me step by step how to DL and install it.

I have seen the FAQ, but my problem is not there and that is why I'm here.
