[Request] Start\Stop webui inside GTK+ ( or others Main GUI)

Is there a chance to make a plugin to start and stop the webui together with the main Gui.

make sense to make the webui working in a server alone, but in a desktop is better to only keep the webui running when the main gui is running too, like on Transmission, Ktorrent, uTorrent and etc..

there is a chance to a pluguin like this to be made?
