Clearly either is wrong. I have this on many torrents.

Is deluge reporting these incorrect ratios to the tracker? Or is it just a UI bug?

Yes, it's just the display, the actual uploaded and downloaded values sent to the tracker are correct.

Now that my stats have been screwed up, is there a way to edit some file to correct them ? Only reason I ask is because this is important for me to know whether I am maintaining enough ratio for private trackers.

Best way for those torrents affected is to watch the ratio on the private site.

The display should be correct in 1.0.4..
