Just truncate name if there's no space for it

I often start downloading and sort out my HDD in the mean time, so that precious KB won't be wasted during that time
And if some1 chose to preallocate his files, then at least add torrent file to the queue, but don't start it yet.

And something similar for bandwidth, if it were hit the connection limit.
