Deluge 0.5.9.4 arriving?

I'm posting this because according to development part of this site, milestones (roadmap) says there's going to be 0.5.9.4. Thus, I'm asking if 0.5.9.4 will ever exist, as it could just be that the milestones wasn't removed from it after scrap, otherwise, I will change the 0.5.9 line on wikipedia to supported again (been updating it occasionally). Also, if anyone on the development team has some time, updating the release history for some of the older versions would be nice, as there's a cutoff for release history log. Thanks.

I think 0.5.9 is no longer going to have official releases.

deluge 0.5.9.4 was released awhile back, just not for windows: http://download.deluge-torrent.org.
it's not being developed on anymore although I'm not sure I would consider it unsupported.
