Which blocklist to use? Most up to date?

What blocklists do people suggest using (and what are the urls for them)? I see various posts on this here that seem more and less old. So I don't know if they're still relevant. It is also not clear to me how up to date the blocklists are suggested in the deluge FAQ. Thanks for any clearer information.
