Deluge thinks all torrents are the same torrent

Whenever I try to add a new torrent, Deluge tells me "Torrent already detected in Deluge, would you like to merge the tracker lists?" Each torrent is new, and not in deluge, but deluge thinks each one is the same. The first torrent I ever tried in deluge is fine and working (it's dling the DVD version of ubuntu, so it'll probably be a couple days until it's finished dling). All other torrents I add are rejected by deluge, for the reasons described.

I just discovered that the deluge in the repositories isn't the latest version. I download the latest from here, and it's working just fine.
