This looks like it's in Peerguardian Text format and not a Peerguardian P2B format. I guess the best solution would be to add a Peerguard Text (Gzip) type to use these types of files.
I have added this type to the blocklist plugin and it will be available in the next release.

Looks like this thread doesn't help me with the latest release not importing the blocklist. It downloads it fine then sits there with the progress bar going back and forth saying "Importing" but it's apparently not importing anything.

Used the default settings and list source http://list.iblocklist.com/?list=bt_level1 I'll even take screenshot when I get done typing this since it's been doing that for 1/2 hour now I'm sure it wont change before then.

Package installed
deluge-torrent_1.0.99+1.1.0RC-2_amd64.hardy.deb
Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy 64 bit
1.25 GB RAM

Well, you're trying to use a Peerguardian Text file with the Peerguarding P2B (Binary) reader.. You'll have to wait for the next release for the Peerguardian Text reader or use this egg: http://deluge-torrent.org/Blocklist-1.0-py2.5.egg

Thanks, I'll give it a try just as soon as someone tells me what to do with it. I don't see a readme in it and I'm new enough to linux that this would be the first egg it's had...

Would I be correct that the contents of the top folder need to be replaced with the contents of the bottom folder as shown in the screenshot?
