Torrents stuck at 99.99% Need Help Asap!

I have a serious problem. I have 3 torrents from 3 different trackers currently idle at 99.99% I just received a hit-and-run message for not seeding, which is not my intent. More nasty messages are probably on the way.

I'm using Deluge 1.0.5 on Ubuntu 8.04.1 64-bit. This has suddenly become a problem out of nowhere. Any help you might have will be 100% appreciated!

I end up running uTorrent 1.8.1 through wine and uploading the torrents. Success! The downloads completed and I put them back in deluge at 100%. It is very possible that this will continue to be a problem. I can't afford to get in trouble twice so it may be time to switch over to Transmission or use uTorrent through wine (I'd rather not). Thoughts?

I'm having the same issue. That and my bandwidth settings have no effect at all, the correct settings are displayed but it is clearly using settings from the previous version.

I fixed this by closing deluge, then at a command line:

mv ~/.config/deluge ~/.config/deluge1.06

then starting deluge, then closing deluge.

Next time I started it everything worked.
