THANKS A LOT!!!sg4032 wrote:I had the same problem and found a solution. The program doesn't end properly and there is still a process called "deluged" using the port when deluge is closed. So when starting again the port is closed and the program is forced to take a new one. So just close all deluge processes by hand when restarting.
you're right! killing the deluged process when I start again the GUI the port is no more random
Now I want the deluged daemon ends automatically when I quit the GUI, what shall I do?
I read this http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Faq# ... ittheGTKUI
Q: Why is deluge still listed in my system tray even after I close it ?
A: You closed the gtk user-interface but you did not close the daemon. Choose "Quit & Shutdown Daemon" to close both Daemon and gtk-ui.
Fantastic!
One problem: where is the "Quit & Shutdown Daemon" command?????
I only see "quit"
Maybe I have to disable the classic mode?
