Ok I have set the command deluge to run at first so it starts when Ubuntu starts. Must I have two commands now, first deluge then/and deluge -u web?

You'll want to run deluged, then deluge -u web. deluged starts the daemon, although you can start it from the web interface but it makes sense starting it at the same time.

Yes thats how I have mine set up, works fine.

it whould be nice to start and stop the webui with the main UI .. when i run "deluge" then it should start the deamon, the Gtk+ ui and the Webui ( if configured to ) and shutit all down when deluge is killed!

its good to let a webui running if you a server, but for desktop use it make no sense!
