Deluge
I can't seem to set "Stop at Ratio" when I do no torrent follows that rule, I have to manually go throw each torrent and set it. Another thing, I don't know if this is the way it's supposed to be or not, but when I import a completed torrent that was done on another client, it's ratio is unlimited, I think before it started at 0.0 and would stop when "Stop at Ratio" was reached.
I'm not sure exactly when this occurs or why, sometimes my interface stops updating, either in deluge client or webUI. When that happens I have to kill the daemon and relaunch it.
I'm running daemon mode on Ubuntu 8.04, if that helps.
