[1.0.3] error when adding torrents

Post by abubin »

I just upgraded to 1.0.3 and found this nasty bug.

When I add torrent, I get this error "ExpatError : not well-formed (invalid token): line 11277, column 45".

Now, I can't even get into the webui without having this error. I tried restarting deluge and deluged but still same error. I do still get prompt for password. But once I key in my password, I am greeted with this message.

Any idea how to fix this?

Code: Select all

--Deluge Error--
ExpatError : not well-formed (invalid token): line 11277, column 45
path : /index
file : /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/deluge-1.0.2-py2.5-linux-i686.egg/deluge/xmlrpclib.py in feed, line 546
edit: after some fooling around, found that a torrent file is actually causing this. This torrent could have been already downloaded before. Maybe deluge is trying to give error saying this torrent already downloaded before. Maybe not. I am not sure. But if dev want to dissect the torrent file to investigate, can just pm me for it.
