automatically adding torrent files by downloading

i would like to open the downloaded torrent files immediatly with the deluge client. so i did the same configs like the last time, told vista to use deluge for torrent files, told firefox always to use deluge etc, same way it worked ever since, but with version 102 nothing happens, no matter what i do...!??! why is that and how to fix that? because it´s getting on my nerves!
