Deluge
To be more efficient at uploading and downloading, I thought maybe if Deluge would do what uTorrent does as for upload/download. Out of the number of simultaneous torrents have it set up so the uploading and downloading are seperate and each have a priority. Like what uTorrent does. If you set the number of simultaneous torrents and then set a max number of uploading ones you can upload a 100% torrent while downloading a new one.
Just a suggestion. I find it time consuming having to manually organize my list of torrents to upload certain torrents while downloading new torrents.
