How to make it run

Hi.
I modified the source a little. I'm kind of new at this so I would like your help. What steps need to be followed to get the modified software running on Windows?
I would really appreciate your help.

I guess it would be possible to do something halfway with only python installed, but that's not documented, ask slurdge on irc.
