Feature Request: Choose Files in a torrent

I don't understand why Deluge still doesn't have a feature that one can check on or off that makes Deluge show the Files inside each Torrent before the torrent starts downloading. Also, in this view one should also be able to choose which files in the torrent they want to download and which ones they do not want to download by checking or unchecking files..

..yeah, all before the torrent is even added to Deluge's list for downloading.

Assuming you are downloading to a partition that supports Full Allocation and have it enabled in deluge's preferences, then you can simply "Enable selecting files for torrents before loading"
