It downloads excellent as always but I have some things to note for the WIndows version.

1. Blocklist manager can't load the lists in an acceptable timeframe and it can cause runtime errors in Windows.
2. Deluge always crashes when I try to terminate it properly.
3. It STILL doesn't save ratios as it should, so when it crashes, all my rations go back to near 0.
