"Unable to download files for this magnet"

When I try to add some torrents with magnet links instead of their torrent files, I'd recieve the error "Unable to download files for this magnet." It works fine on other torrent clients, such as qbittorrent.
My deluge version is 2.1.1 and 2.0.6.0 libtorrent.
For example, one of the magnets I'm unable to download with torrent is this:

I believe states such when no metadata available for download, at the timeout defined, but you can press 'add' anyway. It also happens when using scheduler plugin and current time defined blocked.
