Deluge
Since we allready have a nice listing of IP's it would be awesome if one could pause/start and control speed of the data streaming to and from each IP, most desirable would be possibility to prioritize the IP's that one is Uploading to, so that this IP will get as much BW as it can, and then if any is left over, this falls to the ip's on the next priority level.
Why?
Because we can, and because i have been wanting this feature for a long time.

Deluge is the most awesome torrent program I've ever encountered on linux.
