Deluge
My torrents download fine up to a percentage around 50 and then they stop. Usually they stop connecting to peers and when I try to get them to start back up it tries to connect to peers but seems to fail. A lot of ip adresses show up and then disappear in the peers section without ever fully connecting to them and downloading. I've never had this problem before, and all of a sudden i've been getting issues and I can't figure out why. It's extremely frustrating.
