Due to power failures often happening lately due to bad weather, me forgetting to mount drive on which files are located, I constantly need to re-check my torrents, and as I have a slow HDD and am seeding a lot of torrents, this takes multiple hours and due to mentioned circumstances, happens roughly once a day.
Therefore, I'd like to request an option to, instead of re-checking torrents, mark them as already being 100% completed. I would greatly appreciate this, and if possible, I would request somebody to make a patch that I could apply to source.
Sorry for saying this in a "do it for me" manner, but it's very important for me, and I believe it wouldn't be a very hard thing to implement.
Regards, Asmageddon.

And it was fixed, but in 2.0, not in any release/stable version? http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/1294#comment:8
