Problems after distupgrade Ubuntu

I just updated my server to Ubuntu 11.04. Doing this disabled the deluge ppa and removed deluge from the system.
When the upgrade was complete i re enabeled deluge ppa and reinstalled deluge.
But here is where i run into problems, the init script won't start deluged.

If i try to start the deamon via command line and same parameters as in the init script it starts fine but when i reboot or try to start the service i get no output and deluged isn't started....

Any ideas on what could have gone wrong in the upgrade?

(Startup scripts and deluge config is exactly the same as before the upgrade)

You need to enable logging to find out why deluged is not starting.
