1.20~rc4 - webui doesn't let me install plugins

I just got the latest version from the PPA for ubuntu 9.04 running yesterday. It looks like things are coming together, but I'm unable to install plugins when using the webui. Maybe I missed something, I don't know... I downloaded a plugin and put it in my ~/.config/deluge/plugins directory, but it doesn't show up when I go to plugins in the preferences on the webui. If I am on the plugins preferences screen on the webui and click the 'install' button, nothing seems to happen. Any ideas?

It seems to have worked for me but I have the problem of the plugins not showing up as enabled from the webui, all disabled, even though it is enabled in the GTKui.

Supposed to be fixed in RC5. Still waiting for the PPA to be updated so I can test.
