Cannot see Plugin Preferences in WebUI

Going to the Preferences and then the Plugins section, no matter what I set on the GTK Gui, the only plugin the Web GUI shows active is Scheduler. Checking the boxes on any of the others does nothing (saving, closing preferences and going back it's reset). None of the Plugin Preferences are available via the Web GUI either.

Using Firefox 3.5.5

Same exact issues still exist in RC4 with Firefox. And not that I use IE often, but the webui won't even load in IE8
