Plugin to tell sickrage to check the download compleated folder?

Hey,
At the moment I have deluge and Sickrage working fine, I have however, sickrage scanning the download folder every ten minutes and would rather have Deluge tell sickrage a file is ready for post processing.
Is there a plugin that does this at all?
